As the master and lord of the Scourge, he wears intricate steel-like armor and the Helm of Domination, commanding his undead army from the Frozen Throne atop Icecrown Citadel. Arthas stands on a base of icy rocks and snow, wielding Frostmourne in his right hand while raising his left fist to intimidate his enemies. His sculpted flowing hair and menacing face under the helmet bring the Lich King to life.The base also features a transparent icicle and cloud diorama, along with a dragon emerging from the ice, inspired by the dragon around his card portrait.
