Carmageddon: Reincarnation is the next part of a series of extremely controversial car races, in which the blood pours thickly, and the player can brutally run over walking passers-by while driving. The prototype became famous mainly due to its subject matter, and the latest installment is a real return to the roots, which was done by the experienced Stainless Games studio. Gameplay The gameplay has not changed significantly since its predecessors, although it has been slightly diversified. Still, our main task is to cause as much destruction and human losses as possible on the street - the classic idea of racing with rivals takes a back seat in this case. In the basic game mode, the winner is the one who either passes all passers-by or eliminates every rival, or survives all the laps and completes the struggle in the traditional way. The novelties are: playing with the mouse and a herd of cats, the need to eliminate selected passers-by, a race to randomly appearing on the map checkpoints, a classic death match (similar to the famous Destruction Derby) and a death race, in which destroying opponents transfers the laps completed by them to ours account. The authors tried to keep the well-known, black humor, which significantly contributed to the success of the prototype - it manifests itself both in the type of power-ups available and in numerous special places hidden outside the routes. The available maps are characterized by a high level of complexity that encourages exploration. All the levels we ride are on five types of terrain: urban, industrial, snow, extra-urban and tropical.
