The world is four times larger than the one known from the first part. Like its predecessor, the production has an extensive melee combat system, allowing, among others, dismembering enemies (we can also shoot, but the use of melee weapons is the basis of the game), and complex crafting mechanics - you can add several dozen different effects to the weapon you create. This title also has a rich parkour-style movement, which depends on our hero's stamina bar (all actions require it - even simply sticking to the edge of the roof). In the "two" there are twice as many animations related to jumping, running and other breakneck manoeuvres. The creators also took care of environmental puzzles based on acrobatics, requiring proper route planning. Dying Light 2 features a day/night cycle that affects the behaviour and strength of enemies - zombies become much more dangerous after sunset, so check your watch and be careful when exploring the city. In addition, Techland studio placed great emphasis on making the player's choices and actions affect the state of the game world. The developers also improved the AI ​​of the opponents, who can now change the fighting style during the fight. In Dying Light 2 we can play alone or in the company of other players. The biggest attraction of the game is the cooperative mode for up to four people.
