Condemned: Criminal Origins is a dark, first-person psychological thriller in which the player has the opportunity to experience an abnormal level of mental tension by tracking serial killers and using his own instincts, court procedures, sophisticated investigative tools, and in frequent cases, hand-to-hand combat skills. We play the role of Ethan Thomas, an FBI agent who, in search of serial killers, travels through urban environments full of deadly sociopaths lurking on the outskirts of humanity. Gameplay Our task is to investigate crime scenes, collect evidence and find clues leading to the perpetrators of the crime and finally bring them to justice. There may be a murderer around every corner, so using whatever weapon will keep us alive is our priority. When there are no bullets in the service pistol, a shovel, a fire ax or a piece of board torn from the bench are just as good as weapons - everything that we can find nearby. Our character has also been equipped with a number of other helpful tools, including with a digital camera or a palmtop, thanks to which we can contact the headquarters.
