Russian Twist This exercise is perfect for developing and toning your core muscles. Sitting on a suitable surface, such as the York Fitness Large Equipment Mat, bend your knees at a 45 degree angle. Holding the York Fitness Vinyl Kettlebell in front of you, twist your torso as far as you can to the left and then reverse this motion to the right. Keep a straight back throughout with your torso at a rough 45 degree angle form the floor. Goblet Squat The Goblet Squat is an excellent exercise for developing the glutes, hamstrings, quads and core muscles. With your feet just further than a should width apart, hold the York Fitness Vinyl Kettlebell of your choice by its handles. Squat down until your hips are just being a parallel position to the floor, keeping your chest and head up with a straight back. Once at the bottom of the movement, hold for a few seconds before repeating for the desired repetitions. Kettlebell Press Developing your explosiveness and shoulder muscles, the Kettlebell Press is a great exercise. Hold a York Fitness Vinyl Kettlebell with an underhand grip just below the shoulder. Using your legs to exert upward force, push the Kettlebell up so the Kettlebell is above your head. Once completed, lower the Kettlebell back to the original position. Perform this exercise for the same number of reps for each side of the body. Kettlebell Swing Place feet a hip-width apart and hold the York Fitness Vinyl Kettlebell in both hands palms facing downward. Next, bend the knees slightly and push the hips back into a squat position. In one motion swing the Kettlebell up to shoulder height. Lower to the start position and repeat this movement for the desired repetitions and sets. This diverse movement trains hips, glutes, hamstrings, lats, abs, shoulders, pecs and your hand grip.
