The unique Paxxo Longopac Mini endless bag system enables smarter waste handling and provides a quick, hygienic, safe, efficient and easy means of collecting, containing and disposing of industrial dust and debris. This makes the Longopac Mini endless dust-free collection system ideal for use with the Husqvarna DE-Line, T-Line, S-Line, C-Line, HTC range of dust extractors, as well as dust extractors produced by most other market leading manufacturers too.
These strong, dependable and highly versatile dust and waste continuous bags are made using a special 3-ply formulation of PE which gives them incredible strength, up to 4 times stronger than standard waste bags (guaranteed for up to 2 years) , which makes them ideally suited for an incredibly diverse range of other applications that call for smarter handling of industrial waste for a better, safer and cleaner working environment.
This simple yet ingenious dust and waste collection solution enables collected materials to be safely contained, sealed and replaced from the outside while the dust extractor stays as closed system - meaning that there is no actual contact with the collected waste, unlike other types of more conventional individualised dust collection bags. Instead of individual dust bags which need to be swapped and manually handled regularly, the Longopac system consists of one long continuous reel of bagging liners, equivalent to between 25 to 30 individual dust collection bags.
The Longopac bagging material is folded into compact cassettes for quick and easy installation. The bag cassette is sealed at one end with a cable tie. Once the bag starts to fill up, it is pulled down and the new material drawn from the cassette to make the bag longer. When required, another cable tie is simply added above the contained waste and the bag cut above it. The process is then repeated as necessary.
Not only does the Longopac dust and waste collection system create a healthier and better working environment, it also saves time, waste handling and money too compared to using traditional waste bags.
