Easy cleaning of large surfacesWith the AKM80, residue-free cleaning of interior and exterior surfaces is no problem. The large ride-on sweeper can be filled with 10 l Fresh water into the large ride-on sweeper, which wets the floor with a spray mist. This technology prevents annoying swirling up of dust and all the dirt is transported to the 80 l large dust tank within a very short time. This is ensured by the three brushes, which are skilfully arranged to achieve a total cleaning width of 1.250 mm. The side brushes, with a diameter of 400 mm, transport all the dirt under the machine, where the long main brush ensures that the sweepings are conveyed into the dust tank. This is only possible thanks to the high rotation speed of up to 1800 rpm. The compact cleaning machine (1.120 mm x 1.500 mm x 1.300 mm) and the low weight of 396 kg combined with a high drive power of 800 W enable a maximum speed of 8 km/h. The ride-on sweeper AKM80 therefore achieves an effective cleaning performance of 8.400 m²/h. This makes cleaning large areas very efficient. Thanks to the bright front lighting, sweeping with the cleaning machine is also possible in the dark.Easy operation thanks to the simple designThe simple design of the sweeper allows any employee to operate the machine after a short safety briefing. The ignition lock can be used to switch the ride-on sweeper on and off and to secure it against unauthorised use. When the sweeper is switched on, you can easily read the charge level on the control panel. The speed can be regulated using the accelerator pedal, just like in a car. There is also a brake pedal next to it so that the machine can be stopped quickly. Thanks to the particularly small turning circle of 375 mm, the ride-on sweeper AKM80 is easy to manoeuvre even in narrow aisles. The spray mist and the cleaning brushes can be switched on separately. The ride-on sweeper is equipped with large solid rubber wheels that can easily overcome obstacles close to the ground. The wiper bar, which is attached to the underside of the machine, can be raised for this purpose. In addition, the AKM80 can travel up a slope of up to 30 %. For longer storage, we recommend draining the water from the 10 l large fresh water tank, as the machine can be damaged at temperatures below 0°C. With a fully charged battery set, the ride-on sweeper can be used for up to 3 h hours at a time. Once the 80 l large dust tank is full, it can be easily removed and emptied using a lever system at the rear of the machine.Sustainable use for your companyThe high level of efficiency not only reduces your operating costs.
