Terraillon has developed programs with sleep medicine specialists from the European Sleep Center to optimize your fall asleep and improve the quality of your awakening. The role of light is major and influences your sleep: red light helps you fall asleep while blue light helps you wake up gently.
Sunrise alarm clock (30 min) : 30 minutes before you wake up, dark blue hues gradually evolve into lighter hues followed by soothing music to wake you up on time and gently. The blue light used in this program helps block the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormone.

2 sleeping programs, both using red light (the only color that does not block the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormone) :
- Cardiac coherence mode (15 min) combines red light and breathing exercise, to help you relax and fall asleep faster.
This cardiac coherence mode was developed with specialists in sleep medicine and was clinically tested: 2 out of 3 users fall asleep in less than 15 minutes*.
- Sunset mode (20 min) uses scientific red gradient which will evolve from orange to red to help you fall asleep smoothly.
