A popular, classic variety which produces huge reliable crops of long pods with 6-7 delicious, large green beans each. Beans must be picked regularly while small and tender and note that any surplus is well suited to freezing for winter use. Pods can also be picked when they are immature to be cooked and eaten whole. Both outdoor and indoor sowing possible but note that plants may require support in exposed locations. Easy to grow and versatile, peas and beans make a delicious and nutritious addition to any meal.
