From Marabu, Fixogum Rubber Cement is an intelligent elastic adhesive ideal for students, artists, hobbyists & professionals working on a variety of graphics & craft projects. Based on natural rubber latex & organic solvents, this acid-free adhesive applies easily & precisely thanks to the tube applicator, drying quickly to a transparent finish. Applying the glue to only one side provides a non-permanent hold, for a firmer bond it's best to coat both sides at once (for an even stronger hold, allow the glue to dry).  Any glued pieces are able to be adjusted after mounting & excess glue can be removed by hand, leaving no residue, for the perfect finish. Although acid-free, Fixogum is based on natural formulations & ingredients and is therefore not age-resistant. Due to this, it may yellow over time, so it's best to apply to a test area first, for reassurance.

Liquitex Gloss Varnish should not be thinned, as this will weaken the film and adhesion of the varnish.
