Ziton Alarmline AACUSP Analogue LHD Control Unit Self Programmable

Ziton Alarmline AACUSP Analogue LHD Control Unit Self Programmable

Ziton Alarmline AACUSP Analogue LHD Control Unit Self ProgrammableThe AACUSP is a self-programmable Analogue Liner Heat Detection LHD cable control unit. It provides monitoring for any of the Alarmline II range of LHD sensor cable configuration of alarm and pre-alarm temperatures as well as enabling simple interface to a main fire alarm or BMS system. As well as monitoring the LHD sensor cable for changes in temperature the control unit also monitors for open and short circuit faults along the cable ensuring notification if the cable becomes damaged. It is fitted with its own internal temperature monitor and should the temperature within the controller enclosure reach 100C 212F an alarm will be signalled. Each control unit may have up to 500m 1640ft of LHD sensor cable connected to it acting as a single detection zone. When the LHD sensor cable and the control unit are installed in different areas a suitable interposing cable can be used to make the electrical connection between them. The AACULP provides LED indications as well as an LCD. Internal pushbuttons allow configuration without the need for a PC.Pre-Alarm and Alarm thresholds can be set through simple menu options with no need for any graphs or nomograms. Initial set-up is done by measuring and entering the calibration resistance of the sensor cable removing the need to know the sensor cable length. Volt free changeover contacts are provided inside the control unit for Pre-Alarm and Alarm signaling to a main fire alarm control panel or BMS system. A failsafe opto-isolated phototransistor fault output is also provided. No user controls are provided on the control unit. An isolated input is provided enabling remote reset functionality.Key FeaturesUL521 and CE approval ULULC listedUp to 500m of sensor cable per zoneSeparate pre-alarm and alarm signalsEasy programmable interfaceEnclosure temperature alarmIP66 rated enclosureNo nomograms or charts required

Notifier Honeywell DCS Plus Digital Call Station 583520

Notifier Honeywell DCS Plus Digital Call Station 583520The digital call station DCS plus allow the selection of loudspeaker circuits the transmission of voice announcements as well as various gongs and alarms. The digital call station is connectable via a standard CAT5 cable to the VARIODYN D1 control devices DOM and Comprio. All control signals up to four simultaneous audio signals and the power supply are transmitted. This connection can be done by single or redundant cabling up to 300 m away.It can be increased to 20 Kilometers by using fiber-optic cabling. The digital call station DCS plus can be expanded with up to six digital keyboard modules DKM plus whereby the total number of available keys and LEDs increases to 120 per communication station. The function of the microphone and the cable connection is permanently monitored. The DCS plus provides an additional external audio input and output which can be used to connect audio devices such as CD players. A 3 m long CAT5 cable to connect the digital call station to a wall jack is included.Key FeaturesHigh failure safety due to redundant transmission routeCost-effective CAT5 cablingElectret gooseneck microphone with cardioid patternExchangeable gooseneck microphone with protection by using a specific tool to lockunlockPermanent monitoring of the microphone and cableMechanical protection against cable disconnectionBuild-in loudspeaker for monitoring and for intercom operation between other paging stationsIndependent additional audio inputoutput e.g. for audio player12 freely configurable keys with independent programmable LEDs

Notifier Honeywell DCSF12 Firemans Emergency Microphone 12 Buttons 583503.RE

Notifier Honeywell DCSF12 Firemans Emergency Microphone 12 Buttons 583503.RE

Notifier Honeywell DCSF12 Firemans Emergency Microphone 12 Buttons 583503.REIn many installation codes it is necessary to have redundancy in critical signal routes like speaker cables Loop or AB cabling between fire panel and the PAVA system. In some installation codes this includes also the connection to the fire men paging microphone. For very good reason because if the connection to the call station is lost there is no way for any live announcement to people which are potential or actually in high danger. Our paging station also supports redundant cable connection to two separate Comprio not standalone Version of Comprio or DOMs which means its possible to connect two cables CAT5 to one paging station. The digital paging microphone DCSF12 serves for the selection of loudspeaker circuits and for setting off speech announcements as well as various gong or alarm sounds. It features 12 freely configurable keys 13 LED and a handheld microphone. The paging microphone is connected with our DAL Digital Audio Link bus to a Comprio or DOM by means of a standard CAT5 cable. All audio signals and all control signals are transmitted digitally. The function of the digital paging microphone is permanently acoustically monitored. Up to four DAL bus links can be connected to a DOM.Every digital call station in the system can simultaneously generate and receive different voice transmissions and control signals. A digital paging microphone can be offset up to 300 m by means of a CAT5 cable. Extension to a greater distance is possible with fiber optic FO cables - see respective FO converters which are needed additionally. Also a connection with FO cables can be done redundant. If more keys andor LEDs are needed it is possible to add up to six digital key modules DKM18 which allows the increase of the total number of available keys and LEDs to 120 per call station.Key FeaturesHigh failure safety due to redundant transmission routeHand-held microphone with built-in loudspeaker and acoustic microphone monitoringPermanent monitoring of the line to the next interface module24-bit ADDA converter12 freely configurable keysAdditional LED programmable in yellow or redCan be used redundantly as well as non- redundantly

Global Fire OCTO-4 Loop Control Panel

Global Fire OCTO-4 Loop Control Panel

Global Fire OCTO-4 Loop Control PanelThe OCTO Fire Alarm Control Panel is built on the pedigree of the worldwide known JUNO NET. Now featuring a fully peer-to-peer multi-master networking solution. This new Chameleon Network solution enables extreme resilience in very large distributed systems. On a Chameleon Network system each network NODE has in its internal configuration memory the whole system information i.e. in the unlikely event of a communication loss there is no performance degradation of individual NODE.The network layout is usually configured in a closed loop or having physical multi-paths for communications redundancy which can use either RS422 or Fibre-Optic mediums. It can also use Ethernet interfaces which can use the existing networking infrastructure.A Chameleon Network can accommodate up to 32 NODE. Each OCTO panel can support from 1 to 4 addressable loops giving a total of 128 loops in a single systemNaturally it also supports remote access with our proprietary ODYSSEY Graphics Interface as well as integration with third party Building Management Systems through a Modbus output. The graphic backlit LCD display accommodates any type of custom characters or graphic symbols allowing multi-language support as well as pictorial and customisable elements.Housed in an aluminium back box with a reversible plastic lid it comprises a PSU a Front End Display for visualisation of the CI equipment status a NODE unit with the loop card fitted and networking interfaces if necessary. For each 4 loops there is space for installing up to 12 AH 24V DC Sealed Lead Acid backup batteries more than enough to provide up to 24 H battery supply to the NODE and ZEOS associated devices which boast extremely low current consumption.Take into account that all networked panels share the complete system knowledge. On a multi OCTO networked panels as far as the network architecture is concerned if no human-machine Interface is needed at a specific location instead of using a complete OCTO panel with display built in a simple NODE panel can be used.By having the same 4 Loops available and housed in the same aluminium back box without the Front End Display built in the lid the NODE offers the possibility to extend the system keeping the human interface access only available at specific locations. In addition to this each NODE has provision to communicate with a remote Repeater unit using any of the networking interfaces. The Cause and Effect programming as well as customer specific Configurations can be uploaded to any OCTO panel in the network using the CHAMELEON CONNECTOR software tool.
