There are over 1,500 identified species of Bamboo, some just a few centimetres tall, with the largest, Dendrocalamus sinicus growing to and incredible 40m (130ft) tall with culms 20cm (1ft) in diameter, quite something when you remember that Bamboo is actually a grass! Our collection comprises three wonderful varieties in striking colours that will look great planted individually and spectacular grouped together. This are running varieties, but they're easy to keep under control by regular trimming or by surrounding the roots with a barrier.
