Verplas Thermal Rectangular Vertical 90° Bend Product Part Number 204x60mm 90° Vertical Bend - SST-204-90VB-IND 220x90mm 90° Vertical Bend - SST-220-90VB-IND Description Verplas thermal self-seal vertical 90° bend uses a push-click-lock mechanism to improve the speed in which a system can be installed. Manufactured from EPS and is supplied with self-seal female couplings. The couplings are manufactured fro a high impact PVC. The Bend has been tested on thermal conductivity based on the requirements of BASF-EN13163 which assists in the prevention of condensaton build up. Flame retardant to DIN 4102-B1. The click and lock mechanism has exceeded the requirements set out in the DW/143 Class A leakage test as well as the DW/154 ductwork standards. Available Sizes 204x60mm 220x90mm

Ducting Condensation Trap Product Part Number 100mm PVC Condensation Trap - CD100 125mm PVC Condensation Trap - CD125 Description For Control of condensation/moisture In ducted ventilation systems Condensation will occur when warm, humid air extracted from the bathroom, shower, kitchen or utility room hits the cooler surface of your ventilation duct. If the extracted air is significantly cooled and you have a vertical pipe the moisture will condense back to water and become trapped in your ducting, potentially causing damage to the fan and property. Systems using Roof Vents or Ducting rising vertically carrying extract air to outside benefit with the use of a condensate trap, this is to prevent any moisture forming inside the ductwork, dropping back down and into the fan unit.
