The grape pips are a waste product from an Austrian wine production, and instead of going to waste they can be used in your very own pillow of health. Isn’t that clever – not to mention sustainable!­Microwave oven: Heating in the microwave oven works best in a step by step process. Heat the cushion at max 600 watt for up to 45 seconds. Knead the cushion to diffuse the heat. Use the back of your hand to check if the cushion has the desired temperature. Repeat this process as often as needed to gain the right temperature.­Oven: Place the cushion in a preheated oven at max 80 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Check the temperature regularly. Knead the cushion one to two times to distribute the heat. Use the back of your hand to check if the cushion has the desired temperature. Let it remain in the oven if you wish it to be warmer. Bear in mind that the heating time depends on the size of the pad.­Cooling: If needed as a cooling pad it needs to go in the freezer. Place the cushion in an airtight bag and leave it in the freezer for 30 minutes to 2 hours. And voilà it’s ready to use. The fridge works sufficiently to cool the cushion if you plan to use it on your head or face.

Pure beeswax, contains no additives, food grade to 65 °C. Beeswax has antibacterial properties and can be used to make hygienic cloths/wraps for wrapping, storing and covering food in the kitchen. Bee wraps are an ideal sustainable alternative to e.g. aluminium foil and plastic film. You can also make bread bags and similar creations with this product. Instructions: In addition to beeswax granules, you will need fabric, baking paper, an oven or iron and, if necessary, a paintbrush. Recommended fabric is woven cotton, ORGANIC. Apply beeswax granules to the fabric. Follow the instructions (3 methods to choose from). Allow the product to cool down/dry. We recommend that you test your method of choice on a small piece of fabric to assess how much beeswax you will need. 100 g of beeswax is sufficient to cover a piece of fabric measuring about 80 x 120 cm. Warm the finished product in your hands and shape it around your bowl or plate with food. To clean bee wraps, rinse in lukewarm water, leave to air-dry. Reusable. For reasons of hygiene, we do not recommend using the product to wrap raw meat or fish. Rinse bee wraps in lukewarm (not hot) water.

The cherrystones are a 100% natural product and a brilliant alternative to synthetic stuffing material. Excellent filling for heat pads and other remedies to ease aches and pains. Heat them in the microwave and they will stay warm for a long time. Use them to ease aches and pains or as an alternative to a comforting hot water bottle. Store the cherry stones in a dry place. 500 g of cherrystones carry a volume of about 1 litre. Depending on the quantity of cherry stones and the micro oven temperature, the recommended heating time can vary. 500 g of cherry stones should be heated for no longer than 2 minutes, 600-750 W. A bit of testing and patience is required in order to achieve the preferred temperature.

You can easily wipe off foods and beverages from the oilcloth, however, be aware that types like ketchup, sauces, oil dressings, lemonade and the like can leave stains. Always wipe off immediately with a damp cloth, wrung in warm water if necessary, with a little detergent. It prolongs the service life. PVC oilcloth is super durable, and you can use it indoors as well as outdoors – remember to always bring it inside after any outdoor use. Can be discoloured by the sun. Note!
