Mobil HyJet V 24 x 1 US Quart (946 mL)

Mobil HyJet V is a Type V fire-resistant phosphate ester hydraulic fluid that offers superior thermal and hydrolytic stability to commercially available Type IV hydraulic fluids. It is designed for use in commercial aircraft phosphate ester hydraulic systems and meets the SAE AS1241 requirements. Mobil HyJet V is compatible in all proportions with commercial Type IV and Type V phosphate ester aviation hydraulic fluids. Mobil HyJet V offers a number of advantages over other fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, including: Longer fluid life Reduced fuel consumption Improved component life Reduced maintenance costs Exceptional resistance to flammability Mobil HyJet V is the ideal choice for commercial aircraft operators who demand the highest level of performance and safety from their hydraulic fluids. It is backed by the Mobil brand, which is known for its quality and reliability. Here are some of the key benefits of using Mobil HyJet V: Longer fluid life: Mobil HyJet V has been shown to have more than twice the shelf life of Type IV fluids. This means that you can extend the intervals between fluid changes, which can save you money on maintenance costs. Reduced fuel consumption: Mobil HyJet V has a low-density formulation that helps to reduce fuel consumption. This is because it requires less energy to pump than other hydraulic fluids. Improved component life: Mobil HyJet V provides excellent protection against wear, corrosion, erosion, and deposit control. This can help to extend the life of your aircraft's hydraulic components, which can save you money on maintenance costs. Reduced maintenance costs: Mobil HyJet V can help to reduce your aircraft's maintenance costs in a number of ways. First, its longer fluid life means that you need to change the fluid less often. Second, its low-density formulation helps to reduce fuel consumption. Third, its excellent protection against wear, corrosion, erosion, and deposit control can help to extend the life of your aircraft's hydraulic components. Exceptional resistance to flammability: Mobil HyJet V has an exceptional resistance to flammability. This means that it is less likely to ignite in the event of a fire, which can help to protect your aircraft and its occupants. If you are looking for a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid that offers superior performance and safety, then Mobil HyJet V is the ideal choice for you. It is backed by the Mobil brand, which is known for its quality and reliability.

Mobilgrease 28 Synthetic Aviation Grease 383.6 Lb

Mobilgrease 28 Synthetic Aviation Grease 383.6 Lb

Mobilgrease 28 is a supreme performance, wide-temperature, antiwear grease designed to combine the unique features of a polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluid with an organo-clay (non-soap) thickener. Its consistency is between an NLGI No. 1 and No. 2 grease. It offers outstanding performance over a wide temperature range. The wax-free nature of the synthetic base fluid, together with its high viscosity index compared to mineral oils, provide excellent low temperature pumpability, very low starting and running torque, and can help reduce operating temperatures in the load zone of rolling element bearings. The clay thickener gives Mobilgrease 28 a high dropping point value of around 300C, which provides excellent stability at high temperatures. Mobilgrease 28 resists water washing, provides superior load-carrying ability, reduces frictional drag, and prevents excessive wear. Tests show that Mobilgrease 28 lubricates effectively rolling element bearings under conditions of high speeds and temperatures. Mobilgrease 28 has also shown excellent ability to lubricate heavily loaded sliding mechanisms, such as wing flap screw jacks.
