The Proton wall bed and over bed unit are perfect for creating a modern and stylish solution for your home, providing a plenty of storage and a convenient sleeping area without taking up valuable space. The bed can simply be folded away when not in use, it has a self holding feature, locking system and spring mechanism to be stopped in any position. The carcass is made from solid 22mm laminated boad with a 16mm front panel, with wooden sprung slatted base and stylish silver handles. The wall beds must be fixed to a wall with solid structure such as brick, concrete or solid timber, NOT suitable for plasterboard, Fixings for your specific type of wall will need to be purchased separately. It requires a mattress with maximum 18cm depth to be able to close properly, mattresses are available separately.
