After the ice is made, the internal storage container can hold up to 11. 5kg - providing instant access to ice cubes. The Hoshizaki features an intelligent micro computer that helps to minimise energy and water usage to reduce overall running costs. The ice maker's stainless-steel construction - alongside removable gaskets - ensure the ice maker is easy to clean and maintain. Plus, this hardwearing build also provides excellent durability that allows the ice maker to withstand daily wear and tear. Please note: This product is water cooled, meaning a permanent separate water connection is required, in addition to the water inlet for ice production.
