Aporia: Beyond The Valley is a single-player first person mystery adventure set a lavishly detailed open world. You awake abandoned after hundreds of years of sleep in a crumbling temple of a once mighty civilization. Outside, a ruined city lies deep in the grip of a jungle.
Story
The game takes us to a mysterious valley known as Ez'rat Qin. It used to be home to a powerful civilization, but now only ruins remain. Our character wakes up in this place after several hundred years of sleep, suffering from complete amnesia. During the campaign, we must discover the truth about our own and the world past.
Gameplay
Aporia: Beyond The Valley, released on the PC platform, is an adventure game in which we observe the events from the eyes of the protagonist. While playing, we explore locations and collect clues that allow us to find answers to our questions. The whole story is told in a purely visual form - there are no texts or dialogues in the game. The game focuses primarily on solving puzzles. The world of Aporia: Beyond The Valley is densely filled with a variety of puzzles, and to overcome them, we must discover how many mysterious devices work and find methods to bypass or neutralize numerous traps. The structure of the campaign is largely non-linear, which allows you to freely choose the order of carrying out tasks. Therefore, if we have a problem with finding a solution to a given puzzle, we can take up other challenges, and then return to the previous puzzle.
