Chemstor Secure Store - CS5 To Hold 20 Containers The base of this unit is manufactured from 3mm mild steel sheet while the back, sides and door panels are pressed from 2mm mild steel sheet, which is corrugated as required for additional strength and the roof (fully welded around the perimeter) is pressed and fitted with suitable bracing. This model has double, hinged lockable (keyed handle) doors, high and low level louvre vents fitted with flame arrestor mesh, a single full length, full depth shelf and a fully seam welded sump which complies with all the current regulations relating to sump capacities (covered with galvanised steel grid mesh panels). The underside of the unit is fitted with forklift transport hoops which also help eliminate contact with ground and reduce the risk of corrosion. Prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface. This model can hold up to 20 x 25ltr cans.

Walk-In Store - CS6 To Hold 108 Containers With Floor Space A 2mm pressed steel welded body construction provides the structural strength for this unit, while the roof which is fitted with lifting eyes is manufactured from 3mm mild steel. The hinged personnel door is constructed from 2mm mild steel and is fitted with cam-lock gear system like those found on shipping containers, which when fitted with the appropriate padlock (not supplied) provides excellent security. As standard the unit is also fitted with high and low level louvre vents complete with flame arrestor mesh. Constructed from 3mm mild steel, the sump is fully seam welded and fitted with profiled rib strengtheners and covered with galvanised steel grid mesh panels. The capacity of the sump fully complies with all current UK regulations relating to sump capacities and the underside of the unit is fitted with plinths to eliminate contact with ground and reduce the risk of corrosion. Prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface. The unit is fitted with 3 sets of racking; one on the end wall to the right as you enter the unit, one on the front and one on the back wall opposite each other and each set of racking is fitted with 2 sets of height adjustable grid mesh shelves. This model can hold up to 108 x 25ltr cans on the shelving provided (including the floor under the shelving, plus the free space in the rest of the unit.
