Suitable for all surfaces in the grill, oven and Bar-B-Q that have become soiled with burnt-on residues. Bio Productions NOC750 Neutral Grill & Oven Cleaner has a unique non-caustic and non-corrosive neutral oven cleaner delivers a quality problem solver that cares about the user and the environment. Based on our all purpose cleaner and degreaser Citra Clean, we have used a carefully selected blend of surfactants and solvents to clean even the most stubborn grime. Bio Productions NOC750 Neutral Grill & Oven Cleaner uses rheology technology to help clean oven walls and is safe to use on aluminium and all the oven surrounds and is suitable for use on combi ovens. Bio Productions NOC750 Neutral Grill & Oven Cleaner features: - pH neutral formulation (pH 78.5) - Non-corrosive and non-caustic - No nasty odours associated with traditional oven cleaners - Removes even stubborn soiling - Safe to use on aluminium - Can be used to clean all surfaces of the oven - Can even be used to clean combi ovens Directions - Spray directly onto the surface and work into the soiling to ensure all areas are treated. - LIGHT SOILING leave for approx. 15 minutes thenuse a scraper or green scourer pad to remove. - HEAVY SOILING after ensuring the spray has covered all areas, leave for 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on soiling - Rinse off with warm water and wipe surfaces dry. - Can be applied to warm ovens to remove even heavy soiling. ## Cleaning of Combi Ovens Preparing To Clean The Oven For the oven to operate at peak efficiency, the cavity, door, air filter and grease filter must be kept clean. A daily cleaning routine will ensure that you comply with the required hygiene standards and will help to maintain and prolong the efficiency of your oven. Cold Oven Cleaning Instructions 1. Remove the air filter from the back of the oven. 2. Open the oven door, remove the cook plate, bottom jet plate, and grease filters. Wash all parts in warm soapy water, using the Neutral Grill and Oven Cleaner for stubborn stains. Wash off using a clean cloth and plenty of clean, warm water. Allow to dry. 3. Remove any spillages with disposable paper wipes. Use a dry clean brush to remove any food particles from between the oven floor and the inside of the front door. 4. Wear protective rubber gloves and protective glasses, carefully spray the Neutral Grill and Oven Cleaner onto all the internal surfaces of the oven. 5. For difficult areas, leave to soak for 10 minutes with the oven door open. Use a nonabrasive nylon scrub pad / sponge to clean the cavity, roof and the inside of the door. Do not scrub the door seal or use metallic scourers. 6. Wash off using a clean cloth and plenty of clean warm water and dry using a fresh clean cloth or paper towel. Replace all the cleaned oven parts. Close the oven door and spray the exterior with the Neutral Grill and Oven Cleaner and wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Reducing the solids and grease evacuated into the drain outlets, BIO clear is ideally delivered through an auto-pump to maintain all types of drains, sinks and small bore pipes as well as maintaining, reactivating septic tanks, grease traps and sewage systems. Bio Productions biologicals contain species of micro-organisms/bacteria which are usually found in the digestive track and in soil. These microorganisms specialise in breaking down waste and eliminating the cause of blockages. The bacteria will then release a mixture of enzymes, helping to aid the breakdown of organic matter. Bio Productions BD Bio Dose Grease Trap & Drain Maintainer Bio Dose is a stable liquid containing the same selected microorganisms and enzymes as Bio Clear that efficiently reduce the waste typically evacuated into the drainage systems of kitchens and other catering and food processing units. Bio Dose is suitable for use in all types of drains, sinks and small bore pipes, as well as for maintaining septic tanks, grease traps and complete sewerage systems. Bio Dose has a two stage operation. When activated with water, the free enzymes quickly break down the waste into smaller pieces, which are more accessible to the microorganisms. This initial degradation immediately improves the drain flow rates and reduces odours.
