The R-M60 is the newest member of the Baileigh Industrial roll bender line. It has a 2" schedule 40 pipe capacity, which is impressive for a manual top shaft, two driven roll machine. To achieve this type of capacity, the R-M60 uses a variable speed inverter that is overload protected. This allows the operator to fine-tune the rolling speed for each material. \n \nIt can be operated both the vertically for smaller rolling projects, as well as horizontally on its back, for large rolling projects, as there are feet on the bottom and back of the machine. \n \nThe R-M60 roll bender comes standard with foot pedal controls, segment rolls, and lateral roll guides to keep the material from twisting during the bend. The top roll position is manually controlled with the use of a large ratchet for more leverage, and the position is indicated on a scale for repeatable bends every time. Optional rolls can be purchased for different profiles like tubing, pipe, angle iron and much more.

The R-M55 has been the flagship in the Baileigh Industrial roll bender line since its introduction. It has a 2" schedule 40 pipe capacity, which is impressive for a manual top shaft, two driven roll machine. To achieve this type of capacity, the R-M55 uses a variable speed inverter that is overload protected. The BSV-16 vertical bandsaw from Baileigh Industrial is the perfect all around vertical bandsaw for any fabrication shop. It has many of the same features found on saws for a lot more money. Although economical, the BSV-16 is built solid with a fully welded frame and industrial grade components. The BSV-16 will serve any shop or factory faithfully for years to come. \n \nThe BSV-16 features a large 386mm throat depth and a 388mm material opening. The large size of the opening will accommodate almost any project. The heavy-duty 610mm - 559mm table also pivots 10 front to back and 15 left to right. A convenient scale is located on the bottom side of the table for quick adjustments when needed. \n \nThe BSV-16 uses a .6kw motor to turn the blade and has 4 operating speeds ranging from 62rpm to 249rpm. The BSV-16 operates on 220 volt, 50hz, single phase power and includes a blade welder for when you need to get to the middle of a cut on a project. The designers of the BSV-16 wanted to accommodate most of the popular blade widths, so they made the blade wheel accept blades ranging from 1/4 for the most intricate cuts, to 16mm for straight cut offs.

The RDB-100 from Baileigh Industrial is perfect for the fabricator that needs to bend lower production runs with very professional looking bends. Constructed of thick steel plate, the RDB-100 ships almost fully assembled, with only the stand needing to be attached and the handle to be bolted on. Like all top-loading tube and pipe benders from Baileigh Industrial, the RDB-100 was made to accept hundreds of round and square tubing die sets as well as round pipe dies sets.The RDB-100 is capable of bending up to 45mm (1.75") OD tubing with a maximum wall thickness of .095" (2.5 mm) and 1" schedule 40 pipe (48.3mm x 3.7mm). \n \nThe RDB-100 manual bender from Baileigh Industrial uses a large diameter indexing plate allowing the operator to bend up to 206 (180 plus springback) without having to re-index and re-pin, common on most other manual benders on the market. A tension springback mechanism holds the position as the bend mechanism grabs the next tooth on the index wheel. When requirements are for lighter gauge materials, the RDB-100 ratchet system can be shut off and the handle can be put into a manual override housing that allows the operator to simply walk around the bender and bend without the power of the indexing unit. \n \nA large degree scale displays your bend angle, and all the tooling has a start-of-bend indicator line, so complex bends can be made with ease. The PH-28HD Power Hammer was designed right here in Wisconsin to do one thing, and one thing only.hit.and hit hard. With a hit up to 75% harder than its predecessor, the MH-19 Power Hammer, this beast will move metal faster than just about any hammer its size. Extremely affordable and American Made, deep panel shrinking, stretching and planishing is now obtainable to nearly everyone in the market! \n \nThe PH-28 was developed after over 20years of working with power hammers and determining what is most important to the metalshaper. After 10 years of sucessful applications of the MH19, we decided to scale back the functionality of the MH19 and create a Brand New hammer with several important key features in mind. \n \n1) It needed to hit hard to shape the heavier gauges of steel by incorporating the Dupont linkage we used on the MH-37HD. By scaling it back, we came up with a very simple yet proven mechanism to utilize common, off the shelf die springs. Our unique floating chain / sprocket setup eliminated the leather strap commonly used on legacy hammers. \n \n2) The speed needed to be variable just like the MH-19 and MH-37, so the same electronics are used with a 3hp, 220v single phase motor. \n \n3) The tooling needed to be quick and easy to change, so we decided to use the same mounting system as the MH-19. We also incorporated a toggle lifting device that raises the to ram to separate the heads for tool changes, very quick and no hand tools are needed \n \n4) The lower ram is fully adjustable up or down via a large acme thread, so if different tool thicknesses are required, you wont need to shim. \n \n5) The work height was raised from the MH-19 to allow better visibility of the "hit" mark. \n \n6) We also made the stroke adjustable between 3 fixed stroke settings: , , , these are easily selectable by removing and inserting a pivot pin into the corresponding stroke hole. For this setting you will need a 1" socket and can be changed in about a minute. \n \n7) Throat depth was increased to fit the larger panels from 19" deep to 28" deep.
