Gameplay
The gameplay in NBA Playgrounds 2 is arcade, but based on the normal rules of street basketball. The players play 2v2 matches and try to score more points than the opposing team. Basketball players can not only throw the ball and make dunks, but also have a range of spectacular acrobatics. The gameplay mechanics have not changed compared to the first part, although the players have had new moves, new pitches have appeared, and the artificial intelligence has been refined. In addition, from the very beginning we received many (over 200) licensed basketball players, including such celebrities as: Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Shaquille O'Neal, Magic Johnson, Allen Iverson and Larry Bird.
Game modes
New forms of fun have appeared in NBA Playgrounds 2. The single player career in the form of the Season mode is the biggest attraction. We lead our team there throughout the season, take part in play-offs and fight for the NBA championship. In turn, Playgrounds Championship is a world league, with rankings related to solo and co-op modes. It is also worth mentioning the improved online multiplayer, which has dedicated servers, 4 vs 4 player matches or the ability to independently set the rules of the game.
