KartKraft is a sandbox racing game devoted to the title karts with MMO elements, released on the PC platform. The Australian studio Black Delta is responsible for the creation of the title and it is a development of a student project called KartSim, initiated by the founder of the studio and former racing driver, Zach Griffin. The development team includes creators who have worked on such recognized brands as Transformers, Test Drive Unlimited, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Spyro and AFL Live. Gameplay Contrary to many purely arcade go-kart games, the production of the Black Delta studio puts special emphasis on the realism of the game and the most faithful rendering of the impressions accompanying the racing of vehicles. Contrary to popular opinion, they are not just ordinary toys and in terms of performance (0-100 km / h in 3.1 seconds) they are in no way inferior to such sports giants as McLaren or Lamborghini. In the game we sit behind the wheel of a wide range of these machines - from low-class go-karts to over 45-horsepower giants, reaching dizzying (for this type of vehicle) speeds of up to 160 km / h. Thanks to a realistic physical engine, we can experience extreme driving experiences, during which the forces acting on the go-kart often exceed 3.5 times the constant of gravity. Not to mention the possible effects of a collision, reproduced thanks to a detailed model of damage.
