It is made by infusing bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruit, its secret recipe originated in Novara, Italy in 1860. Definitively Italian in style and passion it's completely unique. Enjoyed as an aperitif, but equally at home in a number of cocktails, it is distinctively red in colour, has a citrus aroma and a pleasantly bitter-sweet flavour. Incredibly versatile though, it can also be the star of the show in a number of other ways: For a Campari Soda, prepare directly in a glass. For a Campari Tonic, in a Copa Glass filled with ice, pour in 45ml of Campari and top up with 150ml of Royal Botanic Tonc Water. V2C Classic Dutch Dry Gin V2C takes pride in its home (Amsterdam), but like the Dutch of old, looks to the wider world when thinking of ingredients. They ensure that the gin is created to the highest standards, and use ingredients harvested from across the world. With their name, they indicate the intent behind the gin. Four friends founded V2C, and it was named after the address they lived during their studies, the famous Victor de Stuersstraat 2C in Maastricht. To this end, the gin was created to encourage lively conversation and good times with friends. With their Classic gin, they pay homage to the more classic gin flvaours, but with a definite V2C twist. They use the freshest juniper, orange, licorice, laurel and St John’s Wort, which they subtly spice with coriander, cardamom, lemon and ginger. This is a gin which is definitely juniper-forward (another "classic" part to the gin), which is joined perfectly with soft spice and tangy fruit. This brings a subtle, light complexity to the drink. The taste has a lot of oily juniper which coats the mouth perfectly. Pine and cardamom spice are balanced by refreshing citrus notes. Theres also a hint of vanilla flower which creeps in. All round this is a delicious gin, classic, but with something a little extra. Read more about V2C Perfect Serve Serve in a highball glass or copa with a lot of ice cubes. Pour in 50ml of the gin, and top up the glass with 150 - 200ml of Fentimans Premium Tonic Water. Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger, fresh lemon and a few juniper berries. Mates White Rum is a unique blend of different types of rum from Barbados, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica that have been blended with a 3-year-old rum from Trinidad. Each of these young rums brings their own style and taste which together result in a white rum that is perfect for mixing. Mates rum is "Made by Mates, for Mates". Juniper-forward, this gin is full of natural flavours. There is a definite aroma of rhubarb which is complemented by spiciness. Rebel Straight Bourbon Whiskey Founded in 1849 by William Larue Weller, Rebel have been defying trends since the very beginning. At that time the everyone was creating bourbon using a rye mashbill. They decided to do things differently, and pioneered wheat-based bourbon.  Now, over 170 years later, they continue to defy trends - whilst also winning awards with their wheated recipe.   Their Rebel Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the 'original mischief-maker'. It's still made today (in Bardstown, Kentucky) using their time-honoured recipe. On the nose this ia a bourbon which is full of sweet honey, butter and raisins. The flavour is big and well rounded, which directly follows on from the aroma. Honey, butter and rich dark fruits come through. Brygga Gin Göteborg Gran Produced in a small distillery located in Gothenburg, Western Sweden, Brygga Gin is an expansion of the Beersmiths AB family. With their Göteborg Gran gin, they have created a classic London dry gin which has a defined spruce and citrus expression. A number of carefully selected botanicals are used in its creation, but at the fore are the juniper berries and spruce shoots. These give this gin its defining character. It gives a delicious spiciness to the nose and on the palate, with both the juniper and spruce being forward. Hooghoudt Sweet Spiced Genever With their sweet spiced genever, Hooghoudt bring a contemporaty twist to Genever - and sure to please genever lovers, as well as introduce it to a whole new audience. Made in a traditional way, with juniper and spice - this has a sweetened taste (as the name suggests), being made also with vanilla and cinnamon.  This is a really apppealing genever on the nose, with a sweet caramel aroma and hints of vanilla and cinnamon. There is a definite note of juniper too, and a touch of liquorice. On the palate this has similar notes to the aroma. It's smooth, and bursting with flavour. There's quite a lot of spice, but mild and warming rather than full of heat. A touch of fruit from grapefruit and apricot, and caramel along with vanilla really come through as well. Brecon Special Reserve Gin Launched in 2001, Brecon Special Reserve is the first gin developed by the Penderyn Distillery (best known for its Whiskey). It's made with alcohol spirit made from Barley, 10 largely traditional gin botanicals, and is blended with water from the Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales. They source the best botanicals from around the world to ensure a perfectly balanced gin. These include Chinese cassia bark, Sri Lankan liqourice and Italian orris root. These include Chinese cassia bark, Sri Lankan liqourice and Italian orris root. The total botanical compliment is Juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, coriander seeds, angelica root, liqourice, cinnamon, orris root, cassia bark and nutmeg. Whilst Penderyn may be better known for its Whiskey, this is a gin which stands up in its own right. Well balanced, and full of flavour it was awarded the Gold 'Best in Class' award at the 2011 International Wine and Spirits Competition. On the nose this has a classic aroma, full of juniper and piney earthy notes. On the palate it's warm, with just the right amount of spice. Thisperfectly balances the juniper and citrus in the gin. Ballantine's Finest Whisky With a heritage that dates back to 1827, Ballantines is one of the most known and loved Scotch Whisky brands in the world. It started with George Ballantine in a small grocery store in Edinburgh. Here he would supply a range of whiskies to his customers. his developed into a larger establishment in Edinburgh, where along with his son George Junior they began to create their own blends. In 1920, the recipe for Ballantine's Finest was created, and it has stayed true to the original ever since. The result is a whisky which has become Europe's No. 1 Scotch Whisky, and was voted the World's Best Blended Scotch in 2020. Fun Fact: During prohibition, the bottles were designed to be square so that American Salesmen could conceal them in their briefcases without them rolling around should any inspectors be around! Finest is a great classic all-rounder. It has a light gold colour, and a nose which is soft, with notes of heather, honey and just a hint of delicate spice. The flavour is balanced well, subtle, and has hints of milk chocolate, red apples and vanilla. The finish leaves the palate feeling fresh, with a floral after-taste. More from Ballantine's Perfect Serve As a classic, balanced all-rounder, this is easily enjoyed on its own, over ice, or with a splash of water. It works well in the mix too, either in cocktails, or more simply with a mixer such as cola or ginger ale. Try adding 50ml to a highball glass filled with ice, then top up with a quality cola or ginger ale (we like Fentimans). Delicious, and really refreshing.

Filliers Dry Gin 28 Pink Distilling for over five generations, the Filliers distillery was initially only a side venture to their farming business. It's this history, dating from 1880 that ensures Filliers create delicious and well loved drinks. They do as much on-site as they can. They pump their own spring water, gind the grain, create their own fruit and herb distillates, ferment, distill and age. Utilising this experience, in 2018 Filliers expanded their range of gins, and introduced their Pink gin. This uses their Filliers Dry Gin 28 as a base, and is enhanced and softened with the addition of fresh raspberries and goji berries. The Goji berry has a reputation as a superfood, and is said to repair muscles, protect against illness and most important of all, to calm your soul. Whilst we can't attest to any of these benefits by drinking their gin, we do know it adds a delicious flavour! The addition of raspberry juice blends with the goji berries and vanilla from the original recipe. It provides a delicious and engaging palette of fruity flavours, as well as ensuring a delightfully fresh pink colour. Overall this is a mildy spiced gin with a touch of sweetness which is given by the raspberries. Citadelle Gin Mini Since 1996, Château de Bonbonnet in the southwest of France has been the home of Citadelle Gin. Citadelle is proud of its geographic location, and from this they take inspiration. Thie aim was to distill the essence of their region into one perfectly crisp spirit. It takes time to make Citadelle gin. There are 19 botanicals that make up Citadelle. These are infused, depending on their flavour profile, for between one and four days. This is crucial so that Citadelle can acquire its full flavour profile. After this, it is then distilled in small copper stills over open flames in order to develop its suppleness and full rounded character in the mouth. Citadelle Gin exudes subtle aromas of fresh flowers which are highlighted by more assertive citric scents. In the glass, it emanates more intense, herbaceous notes of juniper and anise; which is then followed by the spicy cinnamon side which softens the nose. This brings a very gourmand dimension to the gin. On the palate, the juniper is forward, but cedes to a long, voluptuous, spicy fragrance. There are three distinct traits within Citadelle which offers its complete aromatic richness. Juniper its signature. It doesn't hide from the fact its a gin, and juniper forms the key base of Citadelle. This is joined with citrus - this is a complementary note that underlines the juniper. Then there follows the exotic - this offers an additional level of enjoyment with touches of pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon, which gives Citadelle its delicate spiciness. Sibling Original Gin The story behind the Sibling distillery starts (perhaps unsurprisingly) with four siblings. Felix, Clarice, Cicely and Digby had all grown up with their parents, who run a microbrewery. Experiencing their hard-work and dedication to producing real craft ales inspired something in them. After a short period making and selling Sloe Gin on a farmer’s market, they decided that they were going to direct their youthful enthusiasm and creative ideas into their own gin(s). After much trial and error, and the purchasing of a new type of vapour still. This still allows for small batches to be made, ensuring fresh botanicals with each distillation. It also ensures a delicate infusion of the botanicals, allowing light and fresh flavours to be infused into their gin. Unlike many distillers, they also create their own alcohol base. This allows them to ensure a base which is exceptionally pure. This, their original Triple Distilled Gin was the first gin they produced. Since launching it has become renowned for its modern and distinctly fresh flavour profile. As a gin it has a juniper lead, but this is lighter than usually found (although still definitely present). A delicate hint of spice comes through from cubeb berries – which awakens the taste buds. These flavours are then joined by fresh citrus and delicious and distinctive notes of Madagascan vanilla and blueberry. These balance the drink perfectly – helping to deliver a perfectly smooth gin. This distillery was founded in 1786, and is the oldest continuously operating Highland distillery. It's made of a blend of malt and grain scotch whiskies and is their signature blend. It was also the first in the family of Chivas whiskies to have been released after prohibition. Mermaid Gin Presented in a stunning "fish-scale" like bottle with a cork stopper, this gin has been hand-crafted on the Isle of Wight (a small island off the south coast of the UK) since 2014. The Isle of Wight Distillery use ten ethically sourced botanicals in the creation of Mermaid Gin. This signature gin was named after the lead botanical (rock samphire), which is known locally in the Isle of Wight as "Mermaid's kiss". This succulent is aromatic, and clings to the cliffs surrounding the island, and they mark the high tide line on the beautiful beaches it's known for. Like the kiss of the mythical mermaid (which saved sailors lost at sea), the rock samphire was a signal that shipwrecked sailors (and smugglers through history!) were safe from the raging seas. The samphire gives fresh citrus notes, as well as a delicate hint of fresh sea air.
