Juniper Berries As juniper is an essential component in gin, these berries make the perfect garnish for a classic Gin & Tonic. Fun Fact: Gin can't be classified as gin unless the predominant botanical used in its creation is juniper berries Perfect Serve Take a large glass filled with ice, and add 50ml of your favourite gin. Gently top up with your desired amount of tonic (between 150 and 200ml works well). Stir gently, and add a few juniper berries for garnish.
