Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin 70cl

Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin 70cl

Whitley Neill Handcrafted Rhubarb & Ginger Gin From the makers of the UK's number one best selling premium gin, comes their taste of an English country garden; Rhubarb & Ginger Gin. Whilst most of Johnny Neill's inspiration for his award-winning Gins comes from his ancestor's intrepid exploits abroad, this Rhubarb & Ginger Gin harks from fond memories made slightly closer to home. Post-war, the Whitley Family, now settled into rural England near Daresbury, cultivated their garden with thrilling flavours, serving as inspiration for both the table and indeed their experimentation with new Gins. Johnny's creation evokes childhood memories of visiting his grandparents on their farm by taking a firm Whitley family favourite in rhubarb and placed a warm twist on this with the addition of fresh ginger. Rhubarb and Ginger meld perfectly with Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia Bark, Orris Root, Angelica Root, Liquorice, Sweet Orange and Lemon to make this gin absolutely delicious. The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to a smooth English gin base whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish. Read more about Whitley Neill Perfect Serve This works perfectly with a premium tonic such as Fentimans Premium Indian Tonic. But also works with Lemonade if you're not a fan of quinine (we recommend Three-Cents Sparkling Lemonade). Either way, add plenty of ice, and garnish with mint. For a double ginger hit, try with Fentimans Ginger Ale and also garnished with mint.

Misty Isle Spookily Spiced Gin 70cl

One-Eyed Rebel Fiery Spiced Rum 70cl

Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka 70cl

Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka 70cl

Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka The Ramsbury distillery is located within the Ramsbury Estate, in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, in England. They are farmers first, blending tradition and innovation perfectly to produce high quality spirits with the lowest environmental impact. The estate is home to their own orchard and lake, and behind the distillery are fields of Horatio and Spotlight wheat, which are used to make the base spirits. Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka is a smooth and rich vodka, full of character and made with just 2 ingredients; the wheat from their own fields and their own chalk filtered water. When distilled together, the result is a smooth and elegant single estate spirit. The Horatio wheat gives the aroma a delicate and sweet bouquet with its distinctive vanilla tones. On the palate there is a creamy mouthfeel, with tones of dried fruits, cocoa and layers of sweet caramel. A richness of dark chocolate follows, adding to Ramburys unique and memorabe character.  More from Ramsbury Perfect Serve For a refreshing long drink add 50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka to a hi-ball glas, filled with ice. Top up with soda water (we love Fentimans Soda Water) and garnish with a twist of lemon and a sprig of rosemary. The classic Martini is a must for the cocktail lovers. Add 60ml Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka and 15ml dry vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until chilled, strain into a martini glass and add  atwist of lemon to garnish.

JIN JIJI High Proof Gin 70cl

JIN JIJI High Proof Gin 70cl

JIN JIJI High Proof Gin JIN JIJI comes from the birthplace of the Gin & Tonic, and from the country that is home to some of the world's most diverse botanicals - India. Derived from the Hindi word Jijivisha, used to descibe 'a lust for life', JIN JIJI captures some of the unique flavours of the country. Hand-crafted in small batches in their distillery in Goa, they use Darjeeling tea and wild Himalayan Juniper alongside local botanicals to capture the heart and soul of India. These botanicals have been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine, so think of JIN JIJI as a glass of meditation and mindfulness.  JIN JIJI High Proof Gin packs an explosive punch and was inspired by the British Navy who during Colonial times would transport onyy high proof gin onboard the ships. In case of a spillage, the higher alcohol abv would not affect the gunpowder that it was stored next to.  It contains the same botanicals and has the same great profile as JIN JIJI India Dry Gin, but with the higher abv of 57%, JIN JIJI High Proof Gin (as with other Navy Strength spirits), hold more of the aromatics from the botanicals, resulting in a more complex gin.  More from JIN JIJI Perfect Serve JIN JIJI is perfect for making cocktails as the higher abv adds weight and more intensity to the flavours. For a classic G&T, add 50 ml JIN JIJI Hogh Proof Gin into a copa glass with ice. Mix with 150-200ml Fentimans Indian Tonic Water and add a slice of lemon.  A fantastic cocktail to showcase a Navy Strength Gin is the Gimlet. Pour 60ml JIN JIJI High Proof Gin into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and add 30ml freshly squeexed lime juice and 20-25ml sugar syrup. Shake well, train into a cocktail glass and enjoy.

Bacardi Caribbean Spiced 70cl

Bacardi Caribbean Spiced 70cl

Bacardi Caribbean Spiced It started as a family dream in Cuba, back in the 1862 when Don Facundo Bacardí Massó founded BACARDI. He bought a small distillery in Santiago de Cuba and this is where he radically changed the way rum was typically produced, making spirits that were smooth and light bodied. Today, BACARDI is an iconic worldwide brand with production sites across the globe, and with a wide and varied choice of tasty spirits. Bacardi Caribbean Spiced is their first premium spiced aged spirit drink. Taking inspiration from her home in the Caribbean, surrounded by coconut trees, Bacardi rum blender Noidys Herrera has taken a unique and unwidely used part of the coconut to create this expression - the magic comes from the coconut sugar blossom. A blend of a light aged rum and a heavy aged rum, with bold smoky flavours of molasses, is used for the base and together are blended with the coconut blossom sugar, pineapple and coconut water. Once rested and then filltered, cinnamon and vanilla are also blended into the spirit before being rested again and filtered once more for clarity and colour. The notes of caramelised pineapple and lightly toasted coconut are a delight for your palate, and the taste will transport you straight to the Caribbean. Did you know? The Bat symbol used on the bottle, was inspired by the bats found hanging from the distillery beams. Traditionally they represent health, family unity and prosperity and locals would ask for 'el ron del murcielago' – the rum of the bat More from Bacardi Perfect Serve Bacardi Caribbean Spiced can be sipped neat over ice or mixed with cola. We like it with Fever-Tree Distillers Cola, which was made specifically to mix with rum and whiskey.  For the cocktail lovers, this is perfect for a Caribbean Spiced Colada. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 50ml Bacardi Caribbean Spiced, 50ml pineapple juice, 25ml coconut cream and a dash of cinammon syrup. Give it a good shake, strain into a glass with ice and add a wedge of pineapple to  garnish. Delicious!

Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin 70cl

Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin 70cl

Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin Created by a group of friends who came from County Wicklow and Dublin, The Glendalough Distilley was born of a passion to revive the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland. Glendalough itself is one of the most picturesque and visited valleys in Ireland. It is situated in County Wicklow, just south of Dublin within the Wicklow mountains. Fun Fact: The monk with his arms raised, seen on all Glendalough's bottles, is St. Kevin of Glendalough. An Irish legend, originally born of Irish Royalty who was said to have lived over 1400 years ago.  It is the beauty, and bounty of County Wicklow which inspired their Wild Botanical Gin. For each distillation the distillery's full time forager goes into mountains around the distillery. They harvest sustainably - ensuring they do not over-forage. Then, what is picked is put into the still within a few hours ensuring the oils, fragrances and flavours are captured. For this reason, each small batch of 250 litres will taste slightly different. The result is a deliciously fragrant gin has grapefruit and pine from the juniper. Hints of heather and rose petals also come through. Overall this is a fresh and vibrant gin.  The distillery believe that "With each taste, this gin transports you to a place and time in our home - the Wicklow Mountains." More from Glendalough Perfect Serve This can easily be enjoyed with a neutral tonic, such as Three Cents Tonic Water. However any quality neutral tonic will work well. For something a little different, this also works well with their Aegean Tonic Water. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic and stir gently. Garnish simply with a few juniper berries. This also works perfect in the mix - how about trying a Bee's Knees Cocktail?

Founded in 1824 (making it nearly 200 years old) The Macallan distillery is located in Craigellachie, Moray in Scotland. The Macallen is classed as the second or third best-selling single malt scotch (behind Glenfiddich, and perhaps Glenlivet). One of their limited editions, A Night on Earth is an annual release and is a unique expression which is created by carefully balancing exceptional first-fill American ex-bourbon barrels, along with European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks. Its created to celebrate the special time of New Year. A time when people journey to be together, to acknowledge the passing of the old year, and welcome in the new. This edition is created in collaboration with the acclaimed Chinese artist, Nini Sum. It comes with innovative multi-layered packaging that provides an exceptional unboxing experience - perfect as a special gift for a whisky lover, or just as exquisite for the whisky connoisseur to buy for themselves. The artwork on the box ties together the whisky's notes and Nini's cherished New Year memories. Capturing the burst of fireworks, the enticing aromas of toasted oak emanating from rice popcorn vendors on the brightly decorated streets of her town, the milk candy in her pockets and the sweet fragrance of steamed rice pudding beckoning her home. The whisky also has a nuttiness, which is an echo of the sunflower seeds Nini’s family shared as they laughed and talked about their wishes for the new year. The whisky itself has a sunrise golden colour to it, which releases a luscious aroma of toasted oak, steamed rice and oak pudding which is joined by citrus, vanilla and oat biscuits. The palate opens up with a burst of effervescent citrus fruits (lemon and lime) which is joined with flavours likened to a sweet creamy vanilla sponge and toasted coconut.  This leads to a medium finish, which leaves sweet, toasted oak and vanilla on the tastebuds. More from The Macallan Perfect Serve A truly exquisite whisky, we loved this with a small splash of water. However, as with all whisky - enjoy as you will!

Misty Isle Tommy's Gin 70cl

Misty Isle Tommy's Gin 70cl

Misty Isle Tommy's Gin Perhaps better known for its rugged landscapes, medieval castles, picturesque fishing villages (and perhaps whisky), it is the beautiful Isle of Skye that Misty Isle gin calls home. It is here, on Scotland's Misty Isle (a local name for the Island) that two brothers, Thomas and Alistair Wilson started the Isle of Skye Distillery. Having both been born and grown up on the island, they are unashamedly proud of their Island, its people and the produce made there. It is due to this that they wanted to create a range of spirits for which they, and the Island could also be proud of. All their Spirits are made in Portree (the largest town on Skye), and use the crystal clear spring wayers from the Storr Lochs nearby. The stills they have are. also the first to have produced gin on Skye. Launched in 2017, Tommy's Gin was created in memory of the distillers late father (Tommy Wilson). The name of the gin is a recognition of both his name, and the fact that he served as a soldier in the Suez invasion (as 'Tommy' is also a generic name and term of endearment for a soldier. Good to know: For every bottle of Tommys gin sold, a donation is made by the Isle of Skye Distillery to local Military Charities, Military charities were close to Thomas’ heart so this is a fitting memory for him The gin itself uses a number of ingredients found locally, as well as poppy seeds (which is a symbol of rememberance in the UK). The juniper is hand-foraged on the Isle of Skye, blaeberries (scottish blueberries), coriander, liquorice root, and sweet orange as well as other select botanicals come together. A delicate sweetness comes through from the poppy, as well as a hint of liquorice. This continues on to a tartness from the blaeberries and a hint of sweet orange. The finish is balanced, with citrus notes. More from Misty Isle Perfect Serve We feel works best as a delicious and classic gin & tonic. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 150ml of tonic (we like Three Cents Tonic Water), and stir gently. Garnish with a wedge of fresh lemon and a few blueberries.

V2C Classic Dutch Dry Gin 70cl

V2C Classic Dutch Dry Gin 70cl

V2C Classic Dutch Dry Gin V2C takes pride in its home (Amsterdam), but like the Dutch of old, looks to the wider world when thinking of ingredients. They ensure that the gin is created to the highest standards, and use ingredients harvested from across the world. With their name, they indicate the intent behind the gin. Four friends founded V2C, and it was named after the address they lived during their studies, the famous Victor de Stuersstraat 2C in Maastricht. To this end, the gin was created to encourage lively conversation and good times with friends. With their Classic gin, they pay homage to the more classic gin flvaours, but with a definite V2C twist. They use the freshest juniper, orange, licorice, laurel and St John’s Wort, which they subtly spice with coriander, cardamom, lemon and ginger. This is a gin which is definitely juniper-forward (another "classic" part to the gin), which is joined perfectly with soft spice and tangy fruit. This brings a subtle, light complexity to the drink. The taste has a lot of oily juniper which coats the mouth perfectly. Pine and cardamom spice are balanced by refreshing citrus notes. Theres also a hint of vanilla flower which creeps in. All round this is a delicious gin, classic, but with something a little extra. Read more about V2C Perfect Serve Serve in a highball glass or copa with a lot of ice cubes. Pour in 50ml of the gin, and top up the glass with 150 - 200ml of Fentimans Premium Tonic Water. Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger, fresh lemon and a few juniper berries. Alternatively, replace the Tonic with Rose Lemonade for a slightly sweeter drink. Garnish with a sliced strawberry and a few mint leaves. It also holds up exceptionally well in cocktails, so we encourage trying this out!

Citadelle Rouge Gin 70cl

Citadelle Rouge Gin 70cl

Citadelle Rouge Gin Since 1996, Château de Bonbonnet in the southwest of France has been the home of Citadelle Gin. Citadelle is proud of its geographic location, and from this they take inspiration. Thie aim was to distill the essence of their region into one perfectly crisp spirit. It takes time to make Citadelle gin. There are 19 botanicals that make up the original Citadelle. These are infused, depending on their flavour profile, for between one and four days. This is crucial so that Citadelle can acquire its full flavour profile. After this, it is then distilled in small copper stills over open flames in order to develop its suppleness and full rounded character in the mouth. Don't be confused by the name... this isn't a red, or a pink gin - there are no artificial colours or flavours in this bottle! The Rouge (red) refers to the flavours you will find. This is infused with fresh berries (cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant) as well as the summer favourite rhubarb. These ensure a flavour fuelled aroma and drink. Building on the dry gin and original botanicals, this gives an intense burst of tart berries (it's certainly not overly-sweet), and the tang found in rhubarb. It's definitely fruit-forward on the flavours, with the red fruits enticing the palate perfectly - whilst remaining crystal clear in your glass! More from Citadelle Perfect Serve We found this to work exceptionally well in the mix (adding berry flavours to your gin based cocktails), whilst also being exceptional as berry fuelled gin & tonic. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic (we highly recommend a neutral tonic such as Three Cents Tonic Water, or for less sugar, their Dry Tonic). Stir gently and garnish with some fresh berries and perhaps a thin slice of fresh rhubarb.
