This Soda Water is Fever-Tree's simplest product. They use natural spring water (with a low mineral content) and then carbonate it with a high level of carbonation with lots of very fine bubbles (a higher than usual level of carbonation), they then add just the right amount of bicarbonate of soda, which is used to add a minerality that enhances naturally occuring flavours in the premium spirits it's paired with. Using high quality carbonated spring water, combined with aromatic notes from almonda, as well as the floral and fruity notes of wild cherry, Three Cents have combined these with sweet, ripened flvours of the wild cherry. Take 60ml of rum (we like this with Bacardi Carta Negra, but any dark rum will do), and add 100ml of ginger beer in a large glass filled with ice. For this, in a large glass filled with ice, and add 45ml of vodka (we love this with Riga Black Vodka, but any neutral vodka is fine). Add 10ml of Rose's Lime and 120ml of ginger beer.
