De oprichters (Sebastian Brack en Norman Sievert) konden niet vinden wat volgens hen de perfecte mixers waren voor hun favoriete drankjes. In samenwerking met toonaangevende bartenders en gastronomieprofessionals creëerden ze hun eerste assortiment. De rest is, zoals ze zeggen, geschiedenis - met Thomas Henry Mixers die nu te vinden zijn in enkele van de beste bars ter wereld! Interessant feit: hun naam is een eerbetoon aan de maker van gecaroneerd water, Thomas Henry, die in 1773 een van de eerste mensen was die met succes water koolzuurhoudend maakte. Met deze drank heeft Thomas Henry het assortiment limonades met fruitsmaak uitgebreid. Theis Mystic Mango is de eerste limonade met mangosmaak die verkrijgbaar is. Met pure, natuurlijke ingrediënten hebben ze niet alleen heerlijk zoete mango gebruikt, maar ook de zoetzure pitangavrucht. Dit zorgt voor een verfijnde limonade die gemakkelijk op zichzelf kan worden genoten omdat het in de mix zit. De nieuwste in het assortiment Tonics van Thomas Henry introduceert een smaak van de Middellandse Zee met een perfecte mix van plantaardige ingrediënten (zoals de naam al doet vermoeden). De blend werd geselecteerd omdat het het perfecte niveau van zoetheid tot frisheid creëerde, samen met een milde bitterheid van de kinine die in alle tonics te vinden is. Deze zit boordevol natuurlijke aroma's van dragon, laurier, vlier- en sparrennaalden, evenals extracten van rozemarijn en jeneverbes. Hoewel dit klinkt alsof er veel bij komt kijken, is het resultaat een bijzonder milde tonic, met bloemige / kruidige tonen - en al met al echt verfrissend (op zichzelf over ijs, of in de mix). Meer van Thomas Henry Perfect Serve Deze tonic werkt uitzonderlijk goed met lichtere en meer bloemige gins - maar ook met een klassieke London dry. Daar stopt het echter niet! Het combineert ook uitzonderlijk goed met vermout en andere aperitieven. Ook met Vodka zorgt het voor een heerlijk frisse langere Vodka Tonic.

A special kind of refreshment with the full ginger kick. The name "ginger beer" suggests that alcohol was once involved in this mixer. And that's true! The ginger bulb was imported from Asia to Europe via colonial trade in the 18th century. In England, ginger, lemon, and sugar were then used to brew the so-called ginger beer, which had a low alcohol content. In 1773 the British pharmacist Thomas Henry discovered carbonations and thus from the late 18th century onwards, the English began producing ginger lemonade/ginger beer in much the same way that is appreciated and loved today. Famous for the various "Mule" cocktails, Take rum and lime and you've got an excellent Dark'n'Stormy. with Vodka, the Moscow Mule. But the legendary vodka-based long drink is not the only Mule that provides worldwide enjoyment today. Use tequila and you've got a Mexican Mule, made with bourbon and it's a Kentucky Mule. For a Gin Gin Mule, in a glass (or copper mug to be classic) filled with ice, add 45ml of Gin (We like Star of Bombay for this one). Add 20ml Rose's Lime Cordial and 10ml of Monin Sugar Syrup. Stir gently, and then top up with the Ginger Beer. Garnish with a sprig or two of mint. Gin, rum, and brandy also get along brilliantly with this premium filler. The power of Ginger Beer is the fact that it is a taste-intensive enrichment at any bar, and at home!
