Initially Beer was brewed, but in the 1960's a move into spirits occured. Now with over 130 years of experience, and four generations of the same family they continue to create a range of delicious drinks. This gin is created by combining twenty different carefully selected botanicals with high quality grain alcohol. Once the flavours have infused the alcohol, they then combined with water from the historic Edelweiss springs - giving the gin its name. The botanicals chosen for this gin give a well-rounded gin, which has a delicate sweetness to it. This combines with a smooth and velvety mouthfeel which helps impart the flavours.
