This device, alternated with specific exercises, is preparatory to promoting the extension of the instep and the use of pointe shoes. Also useful in disciplines where adequate hyperextension of the instep is required.
HOW TO USE: Wear the POSITION TRAINER at rest and without shoes. Continued daily use is recommended, ideal for use during sleep, at night. Do not use in case of pathologies of the ankle joint and of the foot in general.
Not recommended for use before the age of 10.
