ErgoPad Run & Walk insoles can be hand washed with soap and warm water. Allow the insoles to air dry. Do not use an external heat source (e.g. heater, hair dryer or direct sunlight). The insoles are not machine washable. It is possible to use in small doses (spray) delicate disinfectants that do not irritate the skin.
Duration
The resistant and high-quality materials make this insole absolutely functional even in case of prolonged use. Obviously a lot also depends on the load to which the insole is subjected. It is advisable to regularly check the characteristics of the insole and plan to replace it after approximately six months of continuous use.
