Penarium is a retro-style two-dimensional arcade game, saturated with black humor and a large dose of brutality . The game was developed by the Dutch studio Self Made Miracle and was released on the PC, PS4 and XONE platforms thanks to Team 17 ( Worms , Alien Breed series ) as part of its proprietary program to support independent developers.
Story
While playing, we take control of a bizarre anti-hero named Willy. He is trapped inside an ominous circus, called Penarium, where participants in the performance risk their own lives, fighting for the title of master of the circus, which will allow them to go free . The hero's only hope to return to his beloved farm is to face dozens of deadly traps, all in front of the cheering crowd, demanding blood.
