Το ZM R380B είναι ένα BGA Rework Station ιδανικό για επισκευές μητρικών πλακετών laptop, desktop, server boards, βιομηχανικών πλακετών H/Y, παχνιδομηχανών Playstation/XBox, πλακετών τηλεπικοινωνίας, τηλεοράσεων και άλλων μεγάλων κυκλωμάτων που βασίζονται σε BGA chip. Πρόκειται για ειδική παραγγελία για την εταιρία “Target Power Group” με ενσωματωμένη ηλεκτρική αντλία, ενισχυμένα καλώδια στο εσωτερικό του station, κεραμικούς συνδέσμους για μεγαλύτερη αντοχή στην συνεχή λειτουργία, και κεραμικά στοιχεία κατασκευασμένα στην TAIWAN. Λόγω της συνολικής αναβαθμισμένης έκδοσης, το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο BGA Station, εντάσσεται στα HIGH PREMIUM μοντέλα της ZHUOMAO, εξού και το λευκό/κρεμ χρώμα, το οποίο φέρουν αποκλειστικά και μόνο τα ποιοτικά μοντέλα της εταιρίας. Το ZM R380B έχει αντιστάσεις προθέρμανσης στο κάτω μέρος του, ενώ στο επάνω μέρος υπάρχει ακροφύσιο θερμού αέρα. Οι δύο πηγές θέρμανσης εργάζονται ανεξάρτητα από 2 ξεχωριστούς ελεγκτές. Στο πλαϊνό μέρος όπου στήνεται η μητρική, υπάρχει ένας ισχυρός ανεμιστήρας ψύξης, ο οποίος μπορεί να κρυώσει ταχύτατα την μητρική μετά την επισκευή, ούτως ώστε να μην υπάρχουν στραβώματα και άλλες δυσμορφίες στο PCB. Με τους δύο ακριβέστατους αισθητήρες θερμοκρασίας, έχετε πάντα τον έλεγχο των πραγματικών θερμοκρασιών που παράγει το ZM R380B και είστε σίγουροι για την ομαλή διαδικασία της επισκευής reflow/reballing που πραγματοποιείτε εκείνη τη στιγμή. Το ZM R380B μπορεί και συνδέεται με οποιοδήποτε H/Y ή laptop που φέρει σειριακή θύρα, και με το πρόγραμμα που σας προσφέρει η εταιρία, μπορείτε να έχετε τον συνολικό έλεγχο των προγραμμάτων σας, και των θερμοκρασιών με γραφήματα στην μεγάλη οθόνη της εξωτερικής μονάδας σας. Το ZM R380B σας προσφέρει στα παρελκόμενα 2 ράγες πολλών θέσεων όπου βιδώνουν τα υποστυλώματα σχήματος “V” για να υποστηρίξουν το PCB από το να κάνει κοιλιές ή να υποστεί λοιπές δυσμορφίες κατά την επισκευή του. Με την ενσωματωμένη βεντούζα, που βρίσκεται πάνω στο μηχάνημα, μπορείτε να βασιστείτε στην εύκολη και άνετη αποκόλληση των BGA chip, καθώς η τρόμπα αναρρόφησης διατηρεί συνεχή λειτουργία για όσο χρόνο εσείς επιθυμείτε!
