The hardness is 130 N.   Choose the right foam hardness Foam is not just foam. Once you've spent hours sewing the best-looking cover for your project, you need to choose the right foam to put inside.   The hardness of foam is called Newton (N). The higher the Newton, the harder the foam. You can assume that a foam with 100 N or less is soft, around 140 N is medium soft and more than 160 N is hard.   Your creative project and ideas will of course determine which hardness to choose, but as a starting point we recommend: 80-130 N for back cushions, bed frames and similar 110-160 N for sleeping mattresses 130-200 N for seat cushions for chairs, sofas and the like   What is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®?
