ABOUT THE AUTHORRoy L. Adger Jr. was born in Shreveport, Louisiana to Roy L. Sr. and Maxine C. Adger in 1954. His family relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1955 where he grew up. He attended Belle Haven Elementary School, Green Oaks Jr. High School, and graduated from Menlo Atherton High School.
