When I was in my senior year of high school, 1946, I enjoyed sitting along the river that was nearby. The peace and quiet was most welcome and my free time was well spent watching ducks. It was here that I penned Early Morn.Since then, especially in later years, my thoughts evolved towards writing poetry.It is my sincere wish that you, dear reader, find pleasure from within these covers as I did in its composition.
