Leo4 Touch Capit is the latest generation of control unit for tyrewarmers with very high performance. It is able to control the temperatures of 4 channels and manage different temperatures for a single tyrewarmers equipped with several heating circuits (treads and shoulders of each car or motorcycle tyre) or multiple tyrewarmers. Discharges Off-Road MX Competition are designed to transfer the technology developed for racing cross in a series product: innovative layout, components obtained through machining with CNC machines, advanced materials, assembly processes and welding of the highest level. Discharges Off-Road MX Competition are composed of three parts: collector, link Pipe and silencer. The junction areas between the components involve the use of parts CNC machined from billet, to ensure sealing, perfect coupling due to better control of tolerances, reliability and durability. The decomposition of the discharge in three components ensures easy mounting, greater structural strength, a better absorption of the stresses and vibrations transmitted from the frame at the exhaust. In addition, since an inconvenience can happen, makes it easier to replace the part of the exhaust that maybe has dented for a fall, without having to replace the entire system. Collector and connectors are made of titanium: diameters, section variations and passages are carefully designed to bring out the best from the engine, while reducing size and weight. The collector is fixed to the cylinder by a bushing machined (obtained by means of numerical control machining, designed to minimize any interference to the flow of exhaust gas) and a flange made of aluminum alloy. Even the coupling with the connection is secured by a bushing machined. The link Pipe is secured to the frame by means of an attack, which increases the rigidity and stability of the entire exhaust system. The silencer, full titanium, ensures reduced dimensions to a minimum: the profile of the front and rear ride is specifically designed to reduce the total length of the muffler, making the most of the internal volume and available space on the bike. Sound-absorbing materials are of the latest generation, developed specifically for Arrow to meet the increasingly stringent noise limits imposed by the regulations of the race. Le termocoperte per moto Capit Full Zone Vision Pro sono state sviluppate direttamente dal mondo della MotoGP, oggi proposte anche a un pubblico di piloti non professionisti. Altissime prestazioni per questa termocoperta top di gamma Capit che, grazie all'estensione “Full Zone”, è in grado di riscaldare oltre allo pneumatico ed alla sua spalla anche il cerchio della ruota, consentendo nei primi giri di pista un grip senza precedenti. L’affidabilità e la durata negli anni sono da riferimento grazie alle tecnologie Capit sviluppate in pista. Il circuito scaldante della termocoperta è differente da tutti quelli presenti sul mercato e permette di scaldare anche il cerchio. Lo speciale strato posizionato tra il cavo scaldante ed il battistrada è incluso nella Capit Full Zone (optional per le altre). Questo esclusivo tessuto garantisce la perfetta diffusione del calore ed evita negativi accumuli di calore, aumentando le prestazioni e la durata della gomma. Full Zone è dotata di una centralina di controllo integrata nella stessa termocoperta di dimensioni ultracompatte realizzata in materiale resistente agli urti. Con soli 2 tasti è possibile visualizzare la temperatura di impostazione iniziale scelta (T set) e quella reale presente sui pneumatici (T run), visualizzare il tempo parziale (last time) e il tempo totale (total time) di funzionamento del prodotto e scegliere la visualizzazione in °C o °F.
