NEXT GENERATION 3.0 CAPSULE SYSTEM The H6essential's 3.0 capsule system has been updated to support 32-bit floating point and gives creators more microphone choices to use the best fit for their recording. XYH-6e Stereo Mic Capsule (Included) Adds 2 high quality microphones in X / Y stereo configuration. This layout is most responsive to audio coming directly from the front, while still capturing a clean stereo image. SSH-6e Stereo Shotgun Microphone The SSH-6e features a super directional microphone to pick up sounds coming directly from the center, as well as a bidirectional mic to pick up right and left side sounds. The mid-side stereo image is adjustable from a mono jack to an ultra-wide stereo jack. For example, you can capture dialogue with the center microphone, then mix in the desired amount of ambient sound picked up by the side microphone. EXH-6e input capsule If you need more inputs, simply plug in the EXH-6e dual-input XLR / TRS jack capsule. It allows you to connect 2 additional microphones, instruments or line-level sources.
