You can choose between 4 resistance levels by changing the incline of the exercise bench, thereby gradually increasing the intensity of your training sessions. Rest your knees on the pillows, arms on the handles and pull your legs / knees up towards your stomach / chest. Just 5 minutes of training a day gives results.
The built-in LCD screen/training computer continuously shows how many calories you have burned, time and movements per minute during training which ensures that you stay focused when you train.
