Design: Christian Dell for Fritz Hansen Concept: The new KAISER idell Exclusive Edition is the result of an exclusive design collaboration between AndLight and Fritz Hansen. The series has been given a new unique colour, designed in collaboration between Fritz Hansen and AndLight. The majestic and deep green color is inspired by the mysterious and beautiful Scandinavian forests and gives the lamps an irresistible presence that creates a timeless, modern and stylish look for your home. In this Limited Edition series, all the lamps have beautiful details in brass. With its original Bauhaus design, the KAISER idell series is built around the world-patented ball joint (1930), as well as the characteristic lampshade that gives the lamps their special characteristics. All KAISER-idell lamps are made of steel and brass, while the shades are hand-lacquered. All the chrome-plated parts on the lamp are made of hand-polished and silver-soldered brass. The KAISER idell Exclusive Edition series consists of two different table lamps, a floor lamp, a pendant and a wall lamp. Christian Dell (1893-1974) designed the first lamps of the KAISER- Idell series in 1926 and the first went into production and were launched in 1936. This Exclusive Edition series is sold only at AndLight, Royal Design and Rum21.
