A sequel to Overcooked came out, this time carrying cooking to the whole new level, so go solo, or take three friends and play together in this colorful yet interesting cooking simulation video game. The empire needs you, as the Unbread army appeared in the lands and only you can defeat them with your cooking!  Gameplay Your job is to cook the orders to satisfy your customers by chopping the elements and cooperating with other chefs while avoiding difficulties to make food that is not only tasty but also served in the right order. Your team has to cooperate very well in order to satisfy the demanding customers in the shortest amount of time possible to gain the most points. What’s even more interesting is that these are not the usual restaurants that you are going to cook in, with moving and collapsing floors as well as traps laid down on your way. What’s new? Overcooked 2 adds quite a few new features and develops upon a number of the old ones to make the gameplay more interesting. Take a look at new restaurant themes, spanning from graveyards with Undead Bread to a flying balloon kitchen. The new kitchen mechanism such as portals, walkways, platforms or even whole segments floating around were also implemented so be prepared for more chaos than ever. When you travel through the level map you can uncover a number of hidden levels. Play Solo or with others! In contrast to the original Overcooked!, the sequel presents you with the option to play in multiplayer! This means that now you have the option to play not only solo, locally on the couch with your friends, but also online from anywhere, with anyone! You can throw stuff The new mechanic of throwing food, ingredients, and plates greatly changes the gameplay of the game, as now you don’t need to go back and forth to carry everything to everyone, but now you can simply throw it anywhere you want. Reception Overcooked 2 for PC met with a positive response and got high notes on various gaming platforms. In this production, we try to survive on a threatening, deserted island - and we can do it alone or in the company of a few friends. The title was developed and published by the well-known Team17 studio - industry veterans responsible, among others for such hits from the 90s as Alien Breed or Worms. The Survivalists takes place in the world known from the series The Escapists. Players take on the role of survivors stuck on a dangerous, deserted island. In The Survivalists, we observe the action from above, from the so-called top-down perspective. The fun is about exploring the two-dimensional game environment, collecting and creating items, hunting animals and mythical beasts, as well as performing various types of tasks - the latter come from a character called Mysterious Stranger or we find them on the seashore. It is worth noting that the locations are randomly generated, so the gameplay looks a bit different each time. On the island you can also find a wide variety of different places - incl. forests, mountains or dungeons. The crafting system plays an important role in Team17 - we can create both simple items (e.g. improvised weapons) and more advanced things (shelters, buildings). The monkeys that we find on the island can help us in work (but also in combat) - provided that we train them properly in advance. This solution adds a bit more strategic depth to the game. While playing, we can also explore ancient temples that can be found on the map. There are very valuable treasures inside, but getting them will not be an easy task. We can play The Survivalists alone or with others. The game offers a single player mode, but we can count on the best fun by playing in online cooperation with three friends. The Survivalists has fairly simple, two-dimensional graphics, which can still catch the eye, mainly due to the interesting artistic style and well-designed animations. The character and environment models are quite detailed. It is also worth paying attention to the pleasant, warm color palette.
