Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is not a full-scale continuation of the classic Tomb Raider series . Instead, it is an attempt to look at the adventures of the archaeologist from a different angle. The action is shown from an isometric perspective and focuses on cooperation between the two characters. Despite these radical changes, the game still includes elements traditional for the series, such as platforming sections, shooting and puzzle-solving. Story Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light tells the story of the joint adventures of Lara Croft and a Mayan warrior named Totec. The script is not particularly deep, but instead offers an easy-to-digest and humorous story straight from adventure movies. The plot revolves around a mysterious artifact known as the Mirror of Smoke. The main villain was Xolotl - a bane freed from a mirror that has the power to control other spirits. During the game, our lives are disturbed by hordes of dead warriors, huge salamanders and other such monstrosities. Gameplay The game is shown from an isometric perspective and we have no control over the camera. The characters of Lara and Totec differ in both skills and weapons. Miss Croft is equipped with two pistols (with unlimited ammo), while Totec prefers spears. The latter are useful not only in combat, but also in overcoming obstacles. For example, a spear stuck into a wall will allow Lara to get to a previously inaccessible place. Miss Croft, on the other hand, supports herself while climbing with a rope ended with a hook. Much emphasis was placed on the cooperative element. More than once the Totec will walk on the rope, the end of which is held by Lara. He will pay back by letting Miss Croft run over her shield.

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is a spin off of the Tomb Raider series, which is a continuation of the action adventure game Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light from 2010. A production created by the Crystal Dynamics team, known e.g. from the "big" installments of Lara Croft's adventures, it focuses on cooperative fun for up to four people. The action takes us to Egypt. Upon entering one of the tombs, Carter accidentally launches a trap that unleashes the evil god Set and places a curse on Lara Croft and the culprit of all the commotion. At the same time, Horus and Isis - the son and wife of the god Osiris - are awakened from sleep. Since only he can lift the curse and stop Set from destroying the world, gods and humans join forces and embark on an amazing, dangerous adventure to resurrect Osiris and defeat Set. On their way, they will meet numerous ancient traps, as well as monsters known from myths and legends. The game is intended primarily for four people cooperating with each other during subsequent missions. Players take on the role of Lara, Carter, Isis and Horus. However, the gameplay has been enriched with competition, because while exploring the next rooms, you can find valuable artifacts and items that strengthen the character we lead. However, they are not assigned to all players, so it is not uncommon to choose what matters more - a better result or loyalty to other people? The graphics have the same style as Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. The action is therefore observed from a camera located above the heads of the heroes. The creators took care of, among others o a system of dynamically changing weather conditions.
