In addition, the high position of characters on the social ladder means that even small decisions have a significant impact on the situation in the world, shaping the future of the entire universe and its thousands of inhabitants. Tyranna takes less time to complete than Pillars of Eternity, but this time Obsidian put much more emphasis on completing the game multiple times. During the game, we make many more key choices that change the course of events - we can, inter alia, ally with one of the few factions and use them for your own ends.

An important part of the game is also carrying out the reforms necessary for the proper functioning of the areas conquered by the player and the introduction of a more extensive than the previous part, the electoral system - the possibility of concluding election coalitions has been added and the lower and higher houses of parliaments of all countries available in Victoria II have been introduced. The whole thing is very much related to the historical realities of the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
