River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~ Steam CD Key
River City Super Sports Challenge: All-Star Special is the next installment of the old-school series of Kunio-Kun arcade games (named after the main character), launched in the 1980s on the Famicom console. The original version of the title was released in 2010 on Nintendo portable consoles, and its extended version was released for the first time in the history of the series on PlayStation 3 (although the game was released only in Japan). The PC edition is a conversion from this very platform.
Gameplay
The action of the series tells about the adventures of students from one of the Japanese high schools, who this time participate in quite unusual sports competitions. There are four game modes in the game. The first one is called Cross-Country Dream Town and consists of a race of four competitors along a route leading through the streets, roofs, interiors of buildings, and even sewers. The next one is the On-the-Pole Ball Breaking Competition, and the player's task is to climb on a pole and throw the ball from the top. In the third mode - Obstacle Room Competition, players try to free themselves from the room while avoiding contact with the opponent. The last one is the Wrestling Tournament, which as the name suggests is focused on wrestling. In terms of the setting, the game resembles the previous installments of the series, released on Nintendo DS and 3DS consoles. The characters in the game are still characteristic, pixelated sprites, moving around three-dimensional locations. Compared to the original, the models of the heroes remained unchanged, but the backgrounds were improved to full HD. The game also features an online gameplay option, thanks to which the game can be played in the classic free-for-all mode, as well as cooperatively in a team.
