Freedom Planet  is an original production by GalaxyTrail, inspired by 2D platformers from the first half of the nineties of the twentieth century. The title strongly refers to the old titles with the hedgehog Sonik, focusing on a fast pace of fun. Story The plot of Freedom Planet tells the story of anthropomorphic animals - the dragon Lilac, the wildcat Carol and the basset Milli - who one day meet Torque, who comes from outer space. From him, they learn about the warlord Arktivus Brevon that threatens the intergalactic world, who plans to take over a powerful stone. Three friends set off on a long journey to stop him and at the same time prevent a conflict between the three nations inhabiting their planet. Gameplay Freedom Planet is a classic 2D platformer in which arcade and logical elements are mixed. The title combines the assumptions of typical representatives of the genre from years ago, such as Sonic the Hedgehog, with a combat system known, for example, from the Mega Man series. The player-controlled hero has a health bar and can take more than one attack from the opponent. In addition, the production of the GalaxyTrail studio is distinguished by the possibility of playing three characters with different skills and features. Each of them has slightly different strengths and weaknesses, as well as their own attacks, which means that they have to deal with the challenges and opponents they encounter differently than their friends. Game modes In addition to the basic story mode, the creators also made it possible to overcome all stages of their game on time in a specially prepared module. The game also has a system of achievements that can be unlocked by showing off specific successes and achieving the goals required by the authors.
