Intruders: Hide and Seek is a thriller stealth game developed by Daedalic Entertainment. The production is the debut project of the independent Spanish team Tessera Studios. Intruders: Hide and Seek tells the story of the Richter family who spend the weekend at their summer cottage. The idyll does not last long, however, as three mysterious attackers break into it under the cover of night. During the game, we play the role of ten-year-old Ben, whose parents are held hostage, while his sister is waiting in hiding. Our task is to find a way to save the family and discover the identity of the criminals and the reasons behind this incident. In Intruders: Hide and Seek we observe the action from the first person perspective (FPP). Due to the fact that we play the role of a defenseless 10-year-old, during the game we must avoid confrontation with the attackers at all costs. In order to escape alive, we carefully take the next steps and try to sneak out of the sight of our opponents.

In the game, we play the role of a four-person research team exploring a mysterious complex at the bottom of the ocean.StoryThe background to the game's plot is a failed research expedition deep under the ocean's surface. A group of scientists was sent to investigate the mysterious anomalies in the complex discovered there. Suddenly, without warning, scientists 'contact with the base ceased, and the researchers' fate remained unknown. The game starts 681 days later. A second, much better prepared expedition is sent to the bottom. Their mission is to investigate the fate of the previous team and the interior of the complex. The title draws inspiration from films such as Alien or Something , putting us in front of bloodthirsty, grotesque creatures who want our death.GameplayThe player's goal is to explore caves and chambers, combined with fighting the attackers. Our team consists of four heroes. We can lead them simultaneously, separately or in smaller groups. The player also has the opportunity to direct heavy machinery such as drills or cranes. With the help of these mechanics, we have to solve puzzles and find hidden passages. The game puts a lot of emphasis on physics and destructible surroundings.

Edna & Harvey: The Breakout is an old-fashioned point'n'click adventure game, released by the German company Daedalic Entertainment (including Ankh: Battle of the Gods and The Whispered World ). The production is distinguished above all by an extremely original script and the use of very classic, old-school technical solutions, thanks to which it can bring to mind such items as Day of the Tentacle or The Secret of Monkey Island . Story The main character of the game is the title Edna, a peculiar young woman who wakes up one morning locked in a mental hospital, remembering practically nothing. However, she is fully convinced that she is here completely wrong and must get out of here as soon as possible. After all, the girl considers herself a completely normal person, although the player may have some doubts about it, considering her shabby, stuffed rabbit mascot Harvey, with whom she quite often discusses various topics. Together, they also decide to escape from this problematic place. As it turns out quickly, getting out of the madhouse is not such a simple matter, which is why our original pair of heroes is forced to ask for intellectual help from the player in this endeavor. Considering the nature of the location where Edna and Harvey are currently staying, it is easy to conclude that the characters encountered on our way are, to put it mildly, unusual personalities (e.g. a man dressed in a bee costume or a pair of Siamese twins). Nevertheless, we should find a common language with the inhabitants of the psychiatrist, because only by joint efforts we have a chance to achieve the desired goal. Fortunately, the passage of time and contacts with other people enable Edna to slowly regain her memory, which has a very positive effect on her mental abilities. As we can see, it is difficult to accuse the game's creators of lack of creativity or re-creativity when it comes to the plot.
