Using technology derived from Ark - capsules in which people specially trained to rebuild civilization after the apocalypse have been hibernated - the hero (ka) stands up to another fight with the Authority, trying to destroy it once and for all. RAGE 2 puts at our disposal a vast open world, which consists of not only rocky canyons and sandy wilderness dotted with the remains of human civilization, but also, among others, jungle and swamp areas. As before, we move around the map mainly with armed vehicles, visiting, among others trade cities, bandit outposts, mutant lair, arenas or racing tracks, where a wide range of optional attractions awaits the player. In fact, the exploration is just an addition to the mechanics of the first-person shooter, which is somewhat reminiscent of the Doom series - it is very dynamic, effective and bloody. In combat, we use several different types of weapons (including shotgun, rocket launcher, hypermunch, gravurer shooter; we carry all of them with us and gradually improve during the game), and they are complemented by gadgets - primarily the helicopter known from the first RAGE . wingstick) - and nanotrite powers. The latter allow the player to perform tricks such as a double jump, telekinetic thrust, creating a whirlwind that overpowers enemies or a dash.   The gradual improvement of the hero's skills and equipment plays an important role in the game. This is achieved by various points and resources obtained in the course of searching locations scattered around the open world. Thanks to this, we thoroughly expand the character's abilities, making it an unstoppable killing machine. Vehicles are also modified, although they are of secondary importance in the game in relation to the "pedestrian" shootings.   RAGE 2 features a single player mode only - it is not possible to complete the campaign in coop mode. However, a network component has been included in it, allowing, for example, to fight other players for places in online rankings in various competitions. In addition, the game was regularly updated after its premiere, receiving challenges that changed every week.   RAGE 2 is based on the Apex Engine technology that Avalanche used in its earlier projects, including the Just Cause games. This engine was chosen over id Tech (which powered the first RAGE) due to its ability to generate vast and detailed open worlds. Key features Diverse open world environment. The whole game offers about 2-3 hours of fun, so it is comparable to one task from the basic version of Fallout 3. After you listen to the message, an additional quest will be saved in your journal - now all you need to do is go to the right place and consult the character waiting there. In The Pitt, the player takes on the role of a slave, so temporarily losing all previously acquired equipment - fortunately, you can retrieve it later in the game. The killing of Khan Maykr, a representative of a highly developed ancient race in Doom Eternal, upset the balance. The hero of the game must therefore go to the kingdom of Urdak and once again face evil and face the host of demons to save the world. The gameplay of Doom Eternal: The Ancient Gods, Part One does not differ from that of the basic version of the game. The DLC offers more of the same, so once again we get an uncompromising FPP shooting, focusing on dynamic action and platform sequences in which we defeat the hellish creatures standing in our way. The Evil Within 2 is an action game belonging to the survival horror category. It is a continuation of the production from 2014; both titles were developed by the Tango Gameworks studio. The team was once again headed by the legendary designer Shinji Mikami, the father of such series as Dino Crisis, Devil May Cry, Onimusha and Resident Evil. Story The Evil Within 2  main character is detective Sebastian Castellanos, known from the first part, who after the death of his daughter Lily falls into alcoholism and depression. However, he soon discovers that his child did not die in a house fire, but was kidnapped. So he sets off on a journey to the seemingly idyllic town of Union. This is where a new alternate reality was created using the hero's daughter. In order to regain it, Sebastian must leave the real world and go on a journey to a nightmarish dimension, constructed by the Mobius group. Gameplay The Evil Within 2 focuses on exploration, survival and resource management. Depending on the difficulty you choose, your resources may be very limited, each bullet counts. Play very carefully and try not facing grotesque zombies. The game features three difficulty modes. Casual mode is recommended by producer Shinji Mikami. Survival and Nightmare are perfect scenarios for players who enjoy the difficulty curve in the previous game.  The Evil Within 2 features maps that are semi-open and large. Feel free to explore the entire area of each map. Complete numerous side missions and find valuable resources. Face your enemies directly using weapons such as pistols, or use stealth/hide to avoid being noticed by enemies and kill them silently.  The Evil Within 2 also features an advanced crafting system in which you can gather resources to create new objects, such as ammunition. Enjoy a complex personalization system. The Green Gel, introduced in the first game, can be used to customize Sebastian's skills, which are divided into five different trees: health, stealth, combat, recovery and athletics. Improve your weapons with the pieces collected during the Union exploration. This time, for each crossbow bolt, a bonus effect is given to improve it as much as it was given to the normal bolt in the first instalment.   Opinion and receptions The Evil Within 2 (PC) received numerous favourable reviews. The game collects positive feedback like its predecessor. It earns praise for its visual effects, atmosphere and marvelous storyline. Tango Gameworks created the game that hooks from start to finish.
