Tarama with Bottarga
The bottarga tarama is made from a Petrossian ancestral recipe of beechwood-smoked cod roe, mixed with grated bottarga. This bottarga tarama offers a delicate and creamy mixture, combining the sweet and smoky flavours of tarama and the iodized strength of bottarga. This tarama can be enjoyed as an aperitif with blinis or Croutissian®.
